You can find a VPS hosting and install all these yourself. Then you have
full control, dedicated IP, etc. Many VPS are under 50 per month.

you have lots of options. Just buy a vps with linux. Install tomcat, jsk and
whatever you want. I can help with jdk/tomcat if you need.

tomcat,java,mysql, that's what I used. To host java, you need at least 256MB, vps should be good choice. See this for more details:

这是根据08年通过的BILL里面的规定。原来的规定是退purchase price的10%，上限为
7500块。不过这些钱是要归还给政府的。
2009年买房退的8000块（此为上限），是refundable credit，意思是不用退还给政府
的。不过如果在3年内卖掉的话，政府有权要你退还8000块。如果今年买房（第一所房
子），还是很合算的。
