宝宝的中国L签证有半年的有效期，是否期满后每半年延期一次即可？
现在听说还有“寄养证”一说，以之委托国内亲属暂为抚养小孩。那么这个寄养证和
签证是什么关系？必须要办吗? 跟直接的签证延期相比有什么优势？

Ph.D. Assistantship in ECE at Southern Illinois University Carbondale
Graduate assistantship for Ph.D. program in the Department of Electrical and
Computer Engineering (ECE) at Southern Illinois University Carbondale (SIUC
) are available starting from Fall 2014. Founded in 1869, SIUC is a public
research university with about 18,000 students, and it is located at
Carbondale, Illinois, USA.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s degree in general engineering (biomedical, mechanical,
electrical, instrumentation, etc.), physics, or applied mathematics.
Applicants with a master’s degree are preferred.
2) GRE and TOEFL test scores. No minimum requirement for GRE scores.
3) Knowledge or experiences in acoustics, medical device, data acquisition,
and signal processing fields are preferred. Experience in MatLAB, LabVIEW,
C/C++, and other programming will be a plus.

昨天终于拿到最后一门的成绩，持续一年的cpa考试终于结束了。首先很感谢这个版的前
辈留下的考经，看了很多，从中受益了很多。我觉得不能总是得到而不付出。
第一条，尽量不要受到别人的干扰。这点主要体现在你制定复习计划的时候。每个人的
背景都不一样，有人可能本科就学的会计，有人可能全职复习。所以不要因为有的人用
了很短的时间通过，就给自己太大的压力，或者不切实际的制订计划。
我的背景是美国本科的会计，全职工作。基本上每一科我都会用两个月以上，我属于比
较笨，而且喜欢做事有把握，所以在每科上耗的时间都很久。我用的是Becker，基本上
考前我都会take off一周，全职把之前的内容重新复习一遍，大部分的题我是做了两遍
，容易错的题我会做三到四遍。
Financial，这门东西最多，一共9个chapter，复习到了最后往往把前面的忘掉，所以我
建议如果能短时间搞定，为上策。而且推荐第一门考，因为nasba有政策，如果第一门考
过的一年半内余下三门没有全部通过，那么第一门就会作废。所以尽量第一门去考。我
准备这门大约有半年吧，一进公司的时候就开始busy season，那段时间完全没有时间读
书

大大的恭喜，水到渠成！我也是不自认为聪明，习惯多下点功夫的人。。。现在还全职
上学，也是要硬挤时间准备CPA，还没开始考。希望和你一样顺利。祝好。

you mean when you take the homework, you got 85-90% average. It is pretty
high for me, my average is around 70%. compare with you, maybe i can't pass
it for the real one.

sorry for the confusion. 85-90 is my final score. the hw is between 70-80%,
I'm sure you will do well!
