第二步：确定目标
这一步的主旨是清楚地确定宝宝的双语目标。
1。 决定什么语言对于你最重要
（对咱没用，略去）
2。 确定你对双语的动力及顾虑 （。。。哎，老美太机械了，一步一步的，我忍。。
。）
双语爸妈常告诉我，他们感觉被两种文化撕扯 - 他们珍惜自己的根，但又感觉是美国
主流文化的一部分。很多人在公共场合不习惯用英语以外的语言和宝宝交谈，还有一些
在多年不说母语后甚至不确定他们还能熟练的使用它（。。。）
毫不夸张的说，双语父母不想孩子学双语的理由几乎比单语父母想孩子学的还多！不过
正如我说过的，我还没碰到后悔让孩子双语的爸妈--虽然他们中很多在一开始心存疑虑。
Alex就是一个典型。他小学时从俄国移民美国，并很快对他的“特别”开始耿耿于怀，
“我永远是‘俄国佬‘，直到我英语学好之前，我老被欺负。“ 也许是因为欺负他的
孩子和他晚些成为了朋友，Alex并不觉得这段经历有多可怕-- 直到二十年后，他太太
怀孕。这时他才发现自己对于让孩子学俄语有多矛盾-- 一方面他给孩子取名Dimitri以
纪念他爸爸，另一方面，他可不像儿子想自己小时候一样被欺负！
几经挣扎他还是决定教宝宝俄语。很快

本人背景: 会计小硕去年12份毕业, GPA不错,考过了CPA, 有一点在CPA firm的偏重于
auditing的经验 (因为和领导从中部搬到洛杉玑就没有转成full-time), 需要H1B.
去年12月份毕业后搬家来到洛杉玑后就一直在家找,这个陌生的城市里我没有任何
network只能靠自己在网上发简历.我真是一点都没有偷懒, 每天10几个小时不眠不休地
投简历, 这几个月出门的次数加起来小于10次, 各种渠道各种途径投了几千份简历还是
一无所获, 只有recruiter打电话过来问了问情况就不了了之, 竟然一个正儿八经的
onsite都没捞着.
我的口语发音不错,也比较流利,沟通没有障碍;简历也是反复对照job post改了很多遍,
真的弄不明白问题到底出在哪里.
现在大限将至,真是心急如焚哪,急得每晚都失眠. 每天只要一想到去年那么辛苦地全自
学几个月内考完CPA, 读书的时候为了保持高GPA也舍弃了很多娱乐活动, 现在却连一份
每月挣1000多块的工作都找不到, 委屈的眼泪立马就能流下来.
人都说天道酬勤, 可老天为什么对我却不开眼呢!实在没辙了,只好厚着脸皮上来请大家

9/3/2010: Went to INFOPASS in the morning. The lady told us the cases were
pending. Since I called USCIS on 9/1, she couldn't told us further info due
to the protocol. However, she did work on it for about 10 minutes, printed
out many pages. Then she called us to the window again. She just told us
that she had sent some requests and

很不错，值得一看。把人的情感和历史变迁这样的大环境中的冲突演的淋漓尽致。很喜
欢陈坤的表演，把一个前半生受困于环境，后半生成熟于生活的男人演活了。几位女主
角，李小冉，胡可，熊乃瑾都演的相当到位。特别喜欢熊乃瑾演的周素琴，她的纯真和
善良很让人感动。
不过也有演的比较糟糕的，罗海琼就是一位，她演的实在是太过于呆板，说台词都是一
个个字蹦出来，显得相当的矫情。
总体来讲，是最近新剧中很不错的一部，提醒女同学们，看剧的看到后半段的时候适当
的准备点纸巾。

mm多联系校友，多认识当地人。
我从东部搬过来，也在LA找了三个月工作（去年８月31日搬到ＬＡ，12月1日开始上班
的）。我经常出去玩，结识了一些人，后来在北加找到了工作，是通过熟人推荐的。我
也需要sponsor Ｈ1b,而且是今年想得到都很难的MBA in Finance.
这样的经济大环境，你在家守株待兔是不行的，应该主动出击。
另外，在《世界日报》上有华人的会计公司，虽然给的工资低，但有些是sponsor Ｈ１
B的，当然这样的整体环境这样的机会也变得更少了。

另外，这年头，感觉自己付出的努力没有得到回报的人多得去了！抱抱mm.不是我们的
错，是处在这样的经济大环境中没有办法。我觉得mm心情要放轻松一些。每要天要出去
走走，一个月hiking几次...
我知道说得容易做起来难。当时我也是这样过来的。mm幸运的是身边还有老公陪伴，我
当时和老公一个东一个西，苦闷甚至无处发泄。后来发展到一难受的时候就喝酒，醉了
才能睡。有很长一段时间早醒。后来我找到工作，在搬家去北加之前，看那部老片《毕业生》，一遍又一遍的听那首主题曲《The sound of silence》，眼泪止不住的往下流。。。
这一切都会过去。或者突然有一天offer就会突然而来。或者你会重新计划你的生活。
但不管怎样，一段时间之后，你终会恢复心里的平静的。mm要加油！
