现在我是Non resident，去年才从国内过来，学校每个月withhold了state tax，但填
540NR算下来，我居然还要补交几百块钱。可能是因为自己不清楚有什么可以减税的地
方，所以请教一下，是不是moving、travel、父母来访都可以减税呢？

Web开发有大概8年的IT开发经验，各式各样的网站都做过，PHP和Java用的比较多，刚
