我是说理论上。
比如申请提交后，直接回国，该干啥干啥。
拿到绿卡再到美国来。
突发奇想。

碗莲出了三片叶了，拉出来溜溜，第四片叶已经发出来了。一共三颗种子，都发芽了，
但长出根的只有一颗，不知道什么原因，另外2颗种子的芽出到一厘米左右就停止生长
了，芽上出现黑点，种壳上有黏液，大概是有细菌了，我不知道这种情况应该怎么处理
，不知是否还可以抢救过来。
今天早上拍的照片，目前出了三片浮叶，等立叶出来后追点肥，希望今年能看到花。
缸里放了抑制孑孓的药片，说是种细菌，对植物和动物都无害，只对孑孓有用。之前水
面上四处扭动着孑孓，放了细菌沫后，孑孓都没了。我家狗老趁人不注意跑去喝鱼缸里
的水，好像也没事。
叶片比硬币大一点，镜头盖做参照物就能看出大小了。

Assuming it's non qualified stock options -
$10-$5 = $5 goes to ordinary income (W2 income), subject to immediate tax
withholding. You either 'exercise & sell' some shares or deposit cash to
cover the withholding amount.
$25-$10 = $15 is long term capital gain.

你的想法正确。可以回国等绿卡。在广州总领事馆申请移民签证, 叫consular
processing.

US不可能直接给你邮寄绿卡的。
绿卡本身就是移民签证。
在境外的时候，你需要去广州总领事馆申请移民签证，然后用移民签证进入美国，他们
再给你邮寄绿卡。
如果你的I-140已经批准为在美国境内adjustment of status, 你需要file I-824把
adjustment of status 改为 consular processing.
当然了，既然申请签证，就有可能被拒签或background check.

been denied in Guangzhou. If denied, you have to pay again and apply for
again.You should have official job offer letter from USA before apply for
this visa.
It has high risk.

也不是一定要offer letter，因为我知道有人没有offer letter也成了
但我觉得会有风险，毕竟是employement based的

No, when you file 485, you need EVL from USA.

That is true.
排期到了，要先在中国找到美国工作才能申请immigration visa, you need file I-
824, $320/person, finger print in Guangzhou $100/person, Medical exam in
Guangzhou, immigration visa $720/person. If your interview denied, you need
to pay $720/person again and interview again.
It takes 4 -6 months longer than your wait for 485 in USA and this has high
risk.
