第一次使用货代，是版上人推荐的，服务倒是一条龙服务，door to door的，就是价格
有点高。
请大牛们看附图。货物在NYC入关，刚刚拿到货代的收据，价格跟当初报价高一些，主
要是以下几点比quote高。
1. the ISF fee in the quote is $25, while the ISF fee in the invoice is $125；
2. 货物有1.49个cubic。 The O/F charge in the quote is $120.69, while in the
invoice it is $146.02, seems a big difference.
3. I provided my own annual bond（purchased online separately, netbonds 249
一年的那种，好像自带ISF？？）, why is there still a custom bond fee of $60?
Are they the same thing?
4. Duty fee合理吗，我的东西是产品的一部分，木制的，当时跟货代讲清楚了，不是
完整的商品，要报成parts。货值是$3552,duty fee有143.1，算下来有4%了，正常吗？
5. Exam fee是啥？报价里没有啊。
