之前看见帖子上面说只要到local的IRS Office，人家自然会帮你把护照公正的，在查
了本地的office之后，发现了下面一段话：
This office accepts Form W-7, Application for IRS Individual Taxpayer
Identification Number, with required identity documents, however:
•This office does not review or certify any supporting documentation
submitted with the application.
•All documents, both original and copies certified by issuing agency,
will be forwarded with the Form W-7 application to IRS ITIN Office.
怎么办才好？？？晕死，望高人指点。
