I would like to build a new project for ASP.NET Web API in Visual Studio
2013 on win 7.
I am doing a lab at:
http://www.asp.net/web-api/overview/getting-started-with-aspnet
But, in the first step of "Create a Web API Project", I followed the
instructions:
"In the New ASP.NET Project dialog, select the Empty template. Under "Add
folders and core references for", check Web API. Click OK."
I got error:
Configuring IIS express failed with the following error:
Filename :
\?\UNCmy_domainmy_nameIISExpressconfigapplicationHost.config
Error: Cannot read configuration file.
I can create new project of C# console application without any problems.
Why I got this error for ASP.NET Project ?
Any help would be appreciated.

Position Overview
The Senior Systems Engineer (Sales Engineer) understands various complex
networking and security infrastructures being deployed by the largest
enterprise organizations. They are responsible for building relationships
with enterprise customers, strategic technology partners, and resellers to
recommend the most appropriate solution. This position is for a product
specialist that will work with regional teams across North and South America
to drive the security testing business.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide technical expertise through sales presentations that
provide detailed information concerning Ixia solution capabilities,
competitive differentiators, and industry knowledge
• Support technical evaluations of recommended solutions onsite with
the customer in their lab or pre-production facility

Required Qualifications

First, the investor's desired yield rate should be the same rather the bond
is callable or not in order for the investor to compare and calculate the
potential purchase prices. If the desired yield rate is not unique, there is
no point to seek guarantee. After some calculations, we can find that the
desired yield rate is 9.00281466%.
If you choose the PV of the bond which is called at the end of 10th year,
the investor's desired yield rate can be guaranteed if and
