find all elixir file, delete it, then reinstall exlixir.
BTW, there is a program in ftp.ifcss.org called panasian(??).
You can just install it once, and never need to reinstall it.
The program is under mac/c-sys I guess.

In my experience, panale is much better than elixir,
ftp.ifcss.org/pub/software/mac/c-sys/panale-xxx
BTW, MacOS8.x support multilanguage, you can find it on the install CD,
something called multilinguitics, just search multiling
