this is self controlled. it might take a few months to resolve. but I am
pretty sure, she will have similar lesion on other body parts too.

如果是公司要求的，绿卡可以保住。但是，有家庭的话，你的配偶也跟你一起去国外吗
，还有孩子的教育。。。。

this is most likely hand foot mouth disease caused by a virus and usually
self limited.
differential includes herpes angina though, so a dermatology appointment is
warranted.
