现在在一个中型的研究部门搞技术,快六年了,这是我博士毕业之后的第一个工作,比 较稳定。一直想跳,就是没合适的机会。今年开会遇到一个小公司(startup)对我的技 术很感兴趣,想挖我过去。几次来电话要我去,都快一个月, 说they will do whatever it takes to bring me onboard. 但就是没谈工资,也是因为我一直没直接 答应去。 今天又来电话,说愿意今晚来我的城市请我吃顿饭,具体聊聊。 但是不好意思如何要工资,能开口要个高价吗?涨多少合适?因为他一直说他们公司很 有前途,将来能发大财,现在的工资简直是nothing, 觉得我因该马上加入,即使付我 工资比现在低。加上我脸皮比较薄,搞得我都不知道如何开口要工资。本人现在年薪+ 401k大约140k.能要个涨30%吗?要不我估计老婆那都过不了关。 大家给个意见吧。
