一签我以J2身份邀请，结果失败。二签更换战略，以老公作为邀请人，想着他有工作，
有收入，证明力要强一些。
昨天他写好邀请信。我一看,摘录如下：
I was disappointed by the rejection of his visa application in March.

I hope that you understand our current feeling of not being able to see
parents. I believe that people the right to visit their family member, and
deserve a high quality life with reunion of their family. I also believe
that it is not reasonable to prevent family members from meeting each other,
provided we have sufficient evidence that my father-in-law would go back to
his home country after the visit. It is a reasonable, necessary, and
important request.

妈呀。这两段好强硬。签证官不会怒了吧？但有时候外国人，你要是给他硬讲理，他们
也吃这一套。我老公就是这样的人。怎么办呀。担心担心。。。

直接拒签。
现在是你们求人家。还这么拽。
美国人早就强调了
entering US is a previledge, not a right
另外，人家根本不care你们的feeling。你ld在浪费篇幅。亲人在美国死亡后来参加葬
礼的都有拒签的，你们的feeling根本就算个。
人家只care你有什么证据来convince他们申请人和中国的tie保证他们短期访美后回回
国。不是说你叫得响，骂得狠，用词拽，语气用得重就能convince签证官的。你得拿出
切实的证据来改变他们想法。
你老公拿国内混的那套套用过来，也不想想签证官为什么要怕你们？为什么要考虑你们
的感受？他们就是草菅人命，你们又能拿他们怎么样？装也要看对象，看场合。你在
美国街头对美国警察装试试看？一样的道理。

美国所有“移民”上，没有“right”这个词的。他们认为，这个不是"right“而是给
你就给你，没有给你就没有给你。不是你的right. 和普通法律是不一样的。
个人觉得措词稍微有点严厉啊。当然，个人感觉哦～～～

你们准备的方向还是有问题
b2本质上根本不需要邀请人。关键看申请人自己的情况。你越强调亲属在美国有工作，
有收入，越是体现得申请人自己在中国工作差收入低，更不可能签过。
参考这个例子里11楼的思路

你父母如果说
“我们就是去美国旅游一下，顺便看看女儿女婿。他们要帮我们买飞机票，可是我们根
本不需要他们来买：我们在中国这么多收入，这么多年的积蓄，去美国玩一次算得了什
么。何况我女儿现在暂时没有收入，我们这次给她带几千美金去当私房钱，这样她也可
以花起来自在一些，在她老公面前说话也硬气.....”
你如果是签证官听了会怎么想？还觉得有移民倾向么？

蠢的劳工我见得多了，没这么蠢的.
如同小狐狸说的，虽然老人的确有探访亲人的权利，但是没有未经许可入境美国的权利
，要家庭团聚，你们怎么自己不回去？

我把邀请信给修改了。
加上了强调与国内的TIE 的内容。
每一，老爸公务员退休，有丰厚的退休工资和医疗保险。
第二，有成都有两套住房，其中一套今年3月才购买
第三，老妈不来。
买了房子，存款不多了，我都不敢提。不知道第三点会不会给签证官一点老爸一定会回
来的印象。

1. 不要换邀请人，根本没关系，只会帮倒忙。
2. 老妈不来也不是正面因素。

Hahahaahh, Your husband must be a "big" somebody in USA that visa officers
have to care about.
I thought once the officers see " I was disappointed by the rejection of
his visa application in March.", they would inject your applications forever.

美国所有“移民”上，没有“right”这个词的。他们认为，这个不是"right“而是给
你就给你，没有给你就没有给你。不是你的right. 和普通法律是不一样的。
个人觉得措词稍微有点严厉啊。当然，个人感觉哦～～～

签证就是走一个过场，反正我父母五次签证都是如此，三次通过，二次被拒（因为延期
二次至一年半，且在国内再停留的时间很短）。通过与拒签都是分把钟的事，被拒一次
后我也给签证官也写了一封信，人家根本就没有看。我爸说，人家根本没有时间看，签
证厅里黑压压的一大片人，哪有那么多时间看。一般可以说，你在信中说什么都行，反
正人家不看，自备的签证材料人家也不存底。
