Oct cut off day question:
assumption: EB2C need to use 2500 number to move to 07/15/2007
does this 2500 numbers belonging to the our own 2800 quota?
EB2I definitively uses all their own quota and some SO already.
would it possibly for NIU to fight for use SO first then own quota later in
the last quarter of facial year?

这是未来的好戏，只要２７％定下来，后面继续和奥算细帐，老中EB２未来暂时解除捆
绑，暂时CURRENT绝对不是梦。

你买的什么牌子，我刚在amazon买了个 amCase 的， $6，看评价还不错。。。
这种stylus都很粗，由屏幕决定的

Yes, we are still using our own 2803 quota, while India has started to use
SO in Oct. The same thing as happened this May. NIU fighted in May with an
Attoney letter, but no use. EB-2C 2803 should reach in Nov if VB furthur
advances, then EB
-2C will start to eat SO.

I seriously doubt whether there is such a quaterly use of EB spillover-
frankly, the Oct VB may be a fake one.
No use at all if they limit the use to 2803/12 in Oct.

基本上是。如果考虑PWMB，最近几个月新交上去的I-485，那7/15/07之前的人可能已经
超过2803了。但这些PWMB多少会在10月批，多少会在11月/12月批，很难说。
