Got suspended 3 times in 2 weeks.
Twice, the website told me to call back.
the third time got automated phone call directly.
Each time after I confirmed my transactions by using its automated service,
the suspension was removed right away.
To avoid this hassle, we have to:
(1) not to fill up gas twice with the same credit card on the same day.
(2) not to make a big online purchase right after a small one.
However we may not be able to prevent (2),
because some online stores pre-auth $1 in advance.
