情况大概是这样的：
从星期一开始我在网上购物使用信用卡时就一直被拒，说是信息不正确或者银行拒绝，
然后我就试我老公的卡，也不行，又试另外两张debit卡，还是不行。。。其中有citi
的，也有boa的。。。打电话问过银行，接电话的老印又总是说没问题，"excellent
condition!"。。。晕啊，完全无法网上支付！！！
有哪位高人知道到底是怎么回事吗？？？难道是我们家的地址(billing address)被奥
巴马下令block了。。。

还是original picked up 这都3号了, 正常吗？他们2号不上班？ scheduled
delivery is 01/05.

可能最近在网上暴露手机号了，经常受到广告短信。。。

Fedex starts to work on 1/3. So it is scheduled to deliver on 1/5 with 2-day
service.
Very normal

Depends on your service provider.
Most of them provide a way to filter certain addresses.
For example, AT&T, see here:

You probably should call the credit card bank service number.
Sometimes they block the credit cards for irregular payment.
