自己搞定了。
1. 在amazon.cn注册账号。
2. 将APP store的region设为中国

3. 电脑用vpn改为国内ip

4. 在itune app store里下载kindle 中文版

5. 安装kindle中文版到iphone.
6. 在kindle中用amazon.cn的账号登陆。 然后去amazon.cn购买电子书。

我申请的是EB1乎-A. 最弱的是citation （研究太偏，这辈子估计也没几个了）,没法
建立自己的international claim. 好像NIW 也开始追求citation. 唉。。。

12 papers (4 journals, 8 conferences)
2 pending patents
3. Review (passed through in EB1A application)
associate editor for a journal
reviewers for 6 journals and 12 conferences

5. seven recommendation letters(3 independent)

我觉得你条件挺好的。要给移民局解释你做的工作为啥没有citation。Let them know
citation sometimes may be an indication of the importance of the work;
however, it doesn't apply to every single field. Explain to them the
confidential nature of your work accounts for the lack of media reports etc
but not because your works lack of importance. The problem is that you need
to figure out a way to explain the significant impact in the field. Think
how the work can be valued highly in your field. For example, maybe your
judging othe
