信息肯定没错，但是尝试了好几次，都没法添加到paypal账户，总是显示信息有误。我
直接用卡购买就没有问题。
我输入的认证码是卡正面的4位数字，应该是这个吧

如果只有一个人工作，好像很容易 eligible 这个政府资助项目的，查了好几个湾区的
county，30 年的 fixed interest rate 才 3.x%，比正常利率低得多
大家有没有了解这种项目的，申请的人多吗？
