最近是什么rate?
想换个broker, 原先买房子用的那个很一般. 请推荐, 谢谢!
My current loan is $417K with 5.0% 30Yr fixed. Closed last Sept.

么时候开始给猫断粮断水的？前一天晚上？还是晚上可以吃，半夜以后就把水跟猫粮撤

Office has a workstation, home has a desktop and a XPS 12 notebook.
which MBA fits me (man) better mostly in home, slightly in office and
travel, 11' or 13'?

11" and 13" have identical performance. The differences are the screen size
(obviously) and that the 13" has a SD card reader.
I have an i7 11" as my main computer (with external display, keyboard and
mouse) and travel computer. The performance is very good, comparable to or
even better than a medium-level desktop, for office use.

我刚刚问了一个broker, 30年fixed, no point no fee 4.624%。不过有两点，
1。做appaisal的费用需要自己先付，大约400块，如果某种原因refinance做不成，这
个钱你自己白花了。
2。去年九月到现在，房价很可能跌了，如果你的可贷款额不到房价的80%，你要拿钱出
来补足。

要不先提前每天都带猫咪出去游车河，习惯一下。到时候出门没有这么害怕。
否则估计会尿...

游车河.............我家猫以前带他去兽医也是挣扎半天才进笼子，不过进去之后好
像还ok,从来不
叫，在车里给他打开笼子，他还会很镇定地探出头东看西看，或者睡觉。我们想走之前
最好不要刺激他
了，不然每天带出去他只会每天都很stress............
