我现在是硕士第二年。前几天拿了一个Halliburton 2011 Spring Co-op的offer,本来
在现在的不利形势下能有这样的offer应该是很好的事情，我却很烦恼，想听听大家的
意见。
1.我现在还没有车，也不会开，只有permit，如果接受这个offer，我必须在今年内买
好车并且考到驾照，时间很紧。而且马上就期末了，还要做project和准备考试。请有
买车学车经验的人看一下时间够不够用。
2.我现在在校内也有一个GA的工作，下学期按理说还要继续做，我觉得如果这学期结束
就不干了，好像不太好，因为我负责一部分的程序，如果写到一半再让别人看，可能会
给他们带来麻烦，而且对于他们的人事管理可能也会造成麻烦；另外，我还跟一个老师
做research，这学期因为有课和校内工作，工作没有做得很多，下学期因为不用选课，
本打算好好搞一下，但如果接受这个offer，也没法做了，虽然导师很nice，但不知这
样做好不好。
3.Offer letter里的两个地方让我有些犹豫。首先，工资是$20/h，我不知道行情，对
于实习来说是不是可以接受（在Houston）；第二，offer letter上有一句话“This
offer of employment is for no fixed duration. Your employment and
compensation can be terminated at any time, with or without cause, and with
or without notice, at the option of either Halliburton Energy Services, Inc.
or you. No employee, representative, or agent of Halliburton Energy
Services, Inc. can modify this "at-will" relationship either before or after
your employment except by a specific, written, employment contract with
contrary provisions which is signed by you and the President of Halliburton
Energy Services, Inc. Halliburton Company also reserves the right to change,
modify or terminate the terms of any and all of the benefit programs
described in this offer of employment, in whole or in part, at any time.”，
这话让我心里很是没底，尤其是粗体部分。我总觉得工作稳定性没有保证，请问是不
是co-op都是这样，还是光Halliburton是这样？
