If I am not mistaken, UK, Canada or Australia all have variable
mortgage rate. 30-year fixed rate mortgage in the United States
is an exception, not a rule. Also in these countries you can’t
refinance a hybrid ARM during the fixed rate period, whereas
the hybrid ARMs in the U.S. typically can be refinanced at
will. Americans still have it much better than people elsewhere.

Your data also seems to be questionable.
Just take a look at a few banks that offer mortgage rates in
those countries:
UK:http://www.halifax.co.uk/mortgages/home-movers/
CA:http://www.cibc.ca/ca/rates/index.html
The rates are cheaper only for a few variable ARM kind.

rmbp对老app支持很好，
高分屏是os的试金石， app在高分屏下表现可以作为一个重要因素，衡量os的优异程度，
macosx不错， windows不行， ios有点问题，
有了高分屏， iphone，ipad的区别应该就没了，app应该统一了，
android还有远见了， app没有区分phone tablet。
