temp businees pleasure visitor" (B), and then "tourism/medical treatment(B2)

i just noticed my parents' previous visa had "B1/B2" when they were visiting
. should I select the first option which is "Business/tourism (temp visitor)
-B1/B2"??
Anyone can help? Thanks!

I have picked both in the past and both worked.
However, on the visa stamp, it's always been B1/B2 for my parents.

Same boat.
But I do not think it matters. B1/B2 and B2 are all in "B" class. I was told
my Zhong Xin pesonalthat it is better to select "B2".
Anyway, up to youself.
