我lg觉得$90,000有点少，想要求加到10万以上大家觉得可行吗？我有点担

这半年来Frankincense一直在星版活跃，幕后还做了很多整理精华合集的工作（这些操
作我一窍不通多亏她了），我觉得她适合当下任版主。Frankincense风格平和也很擅长

If you want to work/stay in California, then remember that stock/option
matters.
No one works in California look at the annual salary seriously given it is a
reasonable amount.
175000 options are a lot ... You need to look at history, and trend, and do
some simple math.
If you believe the company will perform well, then, ask more options, more
stocks in shares, not the annual salary.
Of course, options are very risky, but if you want to become rich in a short
time, it is the way to go.

我倒是认为Frankincense 做版务很好，特别是在整理精华帖方面做的很赞，我建议继
续做版务，一个好的能整理精华帖的版务倒是难找，在前台的管理，都是要花费大量时
间回帖，看盘或发帖，建议一个有强烈兴趣，时间充足，精力充沛的ID可以尝试做版主
。

多谢大家。我个人喜静，喜欢给别人搭台。如果当版大，可能版面的贴子更多的是版友
的，回贴也是凭兴而为，版务而为。
每天需要花很多时间在这里发贴回贴盯在这里的话可能我不合适。

个人看法：
目前有强烈兴趣能大量发帖时间充足的ID很难找，如果谁符合请自荐：）
以星版现在的情况，其实版大大量发贴看盘也很难干得长久。
所以我觉得版友能多发贴最好，如果不能就顺其自然和本来面目,细水长流。
Frankincense这样的风格未尝不可。
我觉得版务的能够两天来一次照顾一下版面即可。但是长期不路面也不打招呼的是很不
负责任的。

175000股票option很多啊
就算每股盈利1元还有快20w呢，何况可能盈利远不止1元
这offer很好啊，orange county地方也不错

这个盈利不是指eps，是股票市场价和stock option strike price的差价
公司好的话，股价上一块就够lz爽翻了

Base salary is OK. Living expense (mainly house) in OC is expensive.
Before the company goes to public, stock means nothing. You have to pay to
own stocks for some companies. Read offer letter carefully.
It is a fair offer, I think.

是呀，这个公司估计刚成立，在起步阶段。这个股票没有个5，6年也不知道什么情况。
