Scientists create amino acids in simulated interstellar environments.

Two teams of scientists have been able to synthesize life's basic building
blocks by simulating the environment of interstellar space. This not only
suggests that the seeds of life on Earth might have come from space, but that
prebiotic ingredients could be everywhere.
"This finding may shed light on the origin of life itself," states Max
