Sorry I cannot type Chinese here. I was in an accident this morning, it was
my fault. Just wondering which way is better, pay cash to that driver
directly or let him call my insurance company.
The concern that I do not want to contact my insurance company is that, my
wife had a collision in parking lot last year, and I had a speeding ticket
this year. The current insurance for 2 cars (full coverage) is more than $
800, which is kind of high. By reporting to my insurance company, the fee
could go up to $1K easiy (maybe $1.5k per half year, I guess).
That driver asked for $1,500 (some collision in his car door, needs some
painting, I guess), which I think it is a little bit high. So could you guys
tell me which way is better? Will this affect my insurance fee too much?
