多报了油耗效率，自然就少报了二氧化碳排放量，不光是二氧化碳，还少报了一氧化碳
、氮氧化物、污染颗粒、碳氢化合物、氧化硫等一系列废气成分的排放量。

我只是好奇美国的MPG都是EPA测试给出的，难道欧洲是厂家自己报？
