但是章文承认和晓静发生过关系，但并没有强迫，“可以理解为一夜情。”还称如果有
证据就去起诉，不要用这种方式进行诋毁，如果没有证据，将采取反诉。追究其责任。
对于摸大腿则是酒后合影，“搂搂抱抱是难免的。”
记者采访章文了解到确实有发生关系，不过是你情我愿的，不是强奸，称就是一夜情，
小静中途有给朋友打电话，但是没有提及这件事，反而有些蹊跷，还有就是威胁的事件
，是因为小静之前有短信威胁过他，多以才有小静爆出的一系列聊天记录，她没有公布
全部的聊天记录。之前是小静说要把事情闹大，影响到了章文孩子出国留学，并且这种
事情怕影响妻子和孩子的心里想法。所以一直想通过其他方式解决。

房子都快买好了说明你跟agent的合同已经签好了吧？那你的rebate估计没戏了。

where r u located? if no of your local agent provide this, the chances that
you can get some is very low. r u in one of the Redfin.com's market? if so,
show this guy what Redfin says. He hasn't close all the door yet since he is
saying that he is "open to any discussions". on the other hand, if u r
looking for a deal, I'd suggest you not ask for this. remember "you'll get
what you paid for".
