港片时代，老一辈的香港那些演员是比不过大陆演员的，论专业程度他们只有提鞋的份
，看我们大部分演员是怎么出道的，不是北电就是上戏，每年乌央乌央考这几个学校的
文艺生入校门槛有多高？入校之后再接受体系培训，斯坦尼斯拉夫斯基那是必须的，摸
爬滚打苦熬四年，每届学生最后成名的也寥寥数人而已。
特别老一辈的香港演员基本都是香港无线培训班出来的，是培！训！班！，几个月结业
的那种，学习模式以模仿为主，而且再考虑人口基数。。。这么比不是欺负他们吗？当
然也不排除有人就是有表演天分，即使没接受专业培训也能成为优秀演员，艺术毕竟是
靠天分吃饭的。
演戏如果当个配角，那看出身，但是想出类拔萃，这个靠天分更多吧，梁朝伟随便坐那
，周迅也不是那几大院校毕业的，不是照样秒了大多数女演员，人家就是有灵气，人都
觉得演得好，天宝眼睛都快瞪出来，那也白搭，书背的再好也不过一个尹天仇，我举的
佘诗曼的例子，其实应该算很典型的，一个压制一群，这就是想要达到顶尖必须的天分
，任何行业走到最高处都需要天分。

一般来说加拿大的学校assume你不知道他们的funding source。他们会认真的给你讲他
们自己的funding system。
因为加拿大的funding system对新faculty有利，所以他们一般是当成一个attraction
来讲的，很自豪的。
我fresh phd毕业，AP第一年就拿到NSERC。放美国，我这种学科根本不可能，很多人，
甚至有的被公认是领域里做的最好的之一，几十年了都没拿到过NSF。（我们是应用数
学，在美国要放去数学里一起评。）
