DNA:
cDNA: is a single-stranded DNA complementary to an RNA, synthesized from mRNA
by reverse transcriptase from mRNA.
genomic DNA: DNA of the genome
(big different between cDNA and genomic DNA is in eukaryotes, genomic DNA
has a lot of junk (non-coding seq, satalitte DNA, etc) DNA.
while cDNA only contains the coding region.)
cDNA is used extensively to make cDNA library.
RNA:
mRNA: message RNA, RNA that codes for protein sequence.
tRNA: transfer RNA, about 70-120base pairs, used in
