If you clone a 30 bp DNA into the 5' of the filamentus phage
gene III or VIII, it will express a 10 Aa peptide on the surface
of the phage partical. So if you have a libray of random sequence
30bp DNA, you're able to get a libray of phage with each of
them express a different random 10 Aa peptide on the surface.
That is a 10Aa phage display library.
If you have a ligand and you're able to immoblize it on the coloumn,
you can screen the libray to see which of them bind.Sequence the binding
