As I know, you may need to be sure what persentile your contribution is when
you guys apply U.S. patent. If you were in Univ.and lawyers assigned by
university apply patent for you/your lab, (since I am in Univ.I only know this
situation), first the university will get 50% of money automaticly (at least
in my univ and my boss's Ph.D univ). The 50% left will be divided according to
the persentile individuals contributed to the patent work. If you were Ph.D
