Xavier 近来了开始 tech questions。几个问题过后问到 polymorphism，三个
classes: Vehicle, Car, Sedan, 一个继承一个排下来，都有 function 叫做
GetSpeed(), 应该怎么写。
我想这还不简单吗，抄起笔就写

我老板是一胸外科MD，一RO1从去年9月份开始，我因换到公司工作，他需要招一位
senior postdoc或者research assistant professor，要求有相对较强的分子生物学的
background，有心衰或者心脏发育方面研究背景尤佳。他人超级nice，我认为是好老板

I agree with you. I once worked in three labs. The first two PIs are really tough. What everyone need in their scientific training is a good mentor but not a boss. This PI was benefited from a Chinese PI before he received RO1 award. His only postdoc was also a Chinese and got a faculty position. He think most of Chinese here are smart and hard working and this is why he prefer to hire Chinese. That doesn't mean he like to push the guy in his lab. Actually he is so nice and smart. I really like
