买了个brita的水龙头上的过滤器，按说明能用3个月或100加仑。可是才几天就只能出
很小很小的水了，看上面的标志还是绿的（红的表示该换滤芯，绿的表示还不用换），
不知道怎么回事，是不是水里有大分子把过滤器给很快堵住了？有什么解决方法吗？

昨天开始右眼狂跳，今天收到银行寄来的加州tax levy通知。总共才70多刀，就要冻结
银行！倒不是担心这几个钱，而是担心credit score之类的将来有啥影响。
请教达人们：
1. 已经pay清欠款了，tax levy还会对credit score有多长时间影响？
2. 如果有影响，能不能remove掉？将来background check怎么说？
3. tax levy据说要先发通知告知，但我从没收到过IRS的欠钱通知（有可能因为搬家了
），可以argue是他们的错么？

只能做些testing，documentation之类的简单活，还不能完全看懂同事们写的系统的源
代码，然后发现bug自己修改源代码。怎么办？请教高手有什么诀窍能帮助我尽快上手

最后dehydration，在100% ethanol里面（也就是放到xylene之前那一步）,最长可以泡
多久？谢谢。

它哪怕是过了三个月或100加仑, 它也应该出水的呀,只是过滤不太好了.
你没装好吧? 要不然你不小心撞歪了

If you do it in the room air (instead of low pressure chamber) then you can
leave it overnight in a consealed chamber.

第一天的时候出水还挺大的，然后就越来越小了。

If you are talking about the maximum time?
For whole embryo, sometimes we keep them in 100% ethanol for a long long
time like several month. But for slides I don't know, because we never keep
them for more than 24hours so I cannot answer that.

thank you. they are tissue slides. I left them in 100% ethanol for two hours
. they seemed to be fine.
