I have a few questions 楼主: 1. What is the required crystal size? 10um? 1um? 100nm? 10nm? 2. How to solve the phase problem? Is the laser synchronized to the extent that you know the phase information already? 3. How many micro crystals are needed for a complete dataset assuming only one image is taken for each micro crystal? 4. How do you manually handle the crystals?
