I am running a 5% SDS gel.
When started running for ~1 hr, I set it at low voltage (60v) and went out
for something to eat. About 3 hrs
later I was back and found out that I did not press start button. The
Bromophenol blue band is blurred and
about 1 cm in width.
I started the run again. Now the stained protein marker bands and the Bromophenol blue bands are all fine like
normal with my eyeballs.
Is it still good and worth continuing?

go ahead, it should be no rpoblem.
You are lucky that you forgot pressing start button, otherwise 5% gel with
over 3h running, a lot of proteins will run out.
Bromophenol blue bands are all fine like

1。 查你的gel是不是放反了，2。查你的running buffer是不是正确。
