use the automatic trigger in your microscope to control the fluorescent
shutter
Use short time for each exposure and long intervals.
For example, I used to use 100ms exposure and 10 minute interval for
overnight recording

First, you need film a gfp fusion protein that express constantly (gfp alone
should work here) to test your system and setting for photo bleaching.

偶尔关一下门没关系，老长时间关着就不好了，倒不至于会因为这个原因炒你，但是同
事会有想法是肯定的。

Yes, you should use a sysytem that has automatic trigger that is controled
by the image aquisition software. If you only have those manual switch, you
cannot take long time video of it

Or even longer interval, like 2 hours for florescence and 10 min for bright
field.

当年我的老板也坐Cubicle，不过是最里面而且面积庞大，一个人占了两个人的地盘。
这就象征和我们这些喽啰们的地位不同。不过貌似他不是很满意，后来抽空搬到一个离
我们很远的Office去了，好歹说也是有个门了。后来他的位置让我们这里最Senior的一
位员工坐着。办公室的大小，位置等等都是和你的地位（包括工资，伯纳斯等）挂钩的
。开始我还不是特明白，后来才知道，原来美帝和天朝都是一样的，等级制度是人类不
平等的合法设施。

惯例上讲，门是半开的。如果你关着，上面有窗户，也没什么。这个没有成规。不至于
成被fire的理由，哈哈。
