那个小公司已经倒了，所有的stock option都没有意义了
但是在backgroundcheck 表上把这个数字写错了，因为记错了没有查原始文档

FIFO is a fair system for EB category, there is no question about it. It
does not matter which country. 3012 will rebuild a new order so that no one
is being discriminate against. The current situation for EB is just a joke.
EB2-ROW enjoys free ride and cut in line, while EB2IC need to wait almost
as long as EB3-ROW, and saw those EB2-ROW came in later but got the ticket
right away. It's time for them to pay their dues. It won't matter there are
90% Indians or other county, if they come in line first then get out first.

自己的身份，一旦有人想起来他是谁立刻飞刀杀人灭口。那个女记者也知道他是谁，没

此时丢了银子，饿着肚子，下午打牌连输了八百银元，只觉得心头火烧火燎。
怒冲冲的进了大帅府，从小花厅进过的时候忽然眼前一亮。
窗前立着一个娉婷的小姐，却穿着男装。修长的身影被落日拉的很长。
婉涔来的匆忙，忘了带簪子馆头发，此时拿掉了鸭舌帽，卷曲的头发就泄了一身，在夕
阳下闪着酒红色的光。
桂立文单看着那背影就有些痴了，情不自禁就走近了几步。
婉涔听到有步伐渐渐靠近，以为是桂帅回来了，于是转过去。
却看到一个年轻的男人不怀好意的笑着靠过来。
“哟，怎么有位这么漂亮的小姐？佣人哪去了，怎么也不好好招待招待？”
婉涔看他言语行为很是轻浮，便有些忐忑，往后退了退。不知道这人的身份，又不愿输
了气势，便冷冷的说：“我在等大帅。”
桂立文又上下打量打量她，当她也是来投怀送抱的，便讥诮的笑了笑，“叔叔外巡去了
，一时半会儿可回不来。小姐有什么事情，跟我说也是一样的。”
婉涔听他叫桂帅叔叔，想着他应该是桂帅的侄子，看样子也是个纨绔子弟，并不想跟他
纠缠。于是摇摇头，“我有要紧的事情等大帅。”那声音里尽是冰冷。
桂立文本来今天在外头就吃了亏，心里正是不爽快。看她那冷傲的模样，似乎根本就不
把自己放在眼里。
心中更是恼火，人人都不把他放在眼里，连个黄毛丫头也这样势利！
眼珠转了转，“我知道叔叔在哪里，不如我带你找。”说着做出一个请的姿势。
婉涔哪里肯相信他，“我还是在这里等好了。”
桂立文脸上的笑倏的就没了，“装什么清纯？你找大帅能有什么‘要紧’的事情，别敬
酒不吃吃罚酒了。还是咱们先去办些要紧的事情去。”
说着就走上前，一把抓住婉涔的手腕往外拉。
婉涔本就贴住墙边，本能往后退，却已是无路可退。
桂立文碰上她手腕的一霎那，便觉手下皓腕光滑柔腻。早憋了几天的火，心里更是燥热
不已。拽着婉涔的手就往楼上卧房拖。
下人们听见动静，跑出来看。可一看见是桂立文，知道这个少爷是胡闹惯的，也没人敢
上前阻挡。
婉涔怎么也料想不到堂堂大帅府里还能遇到这样的事情。心里又是着急又是愤怒，眼圈
就盈着泪，忙乱间到处寻着可用护身的武器。茶杯、小盏、蜡烛台、花瓶，凡手所能及
的，都被她拿起砸过去，可桂立文躲了几下都躲了过去。
被他捉着手，拉离了桌子、立柜，便连个东西都摸不着。婉涔已然是慌的不行了，顾不
得手腕上的疼，另一只手紧紧抓住门框。
“哟，表少爷真是好兴致。在家里也能干出这样的龌龊的事情来？”一个清冷寒渺的声
音在背后响起。

我的background很强，也能看到几个不同的band，但是如何减少background呢？我用的

also, i understand what you said "I don't understand the attitude on this
board against Indian". human races are against each other by nature
especially when the resource is so limited. notice, i said against instead

不一定是beads的问题，可能是你wb抗体不够好吧？
1抗浓度太高，也容易背景高的。
我一般1抗(in 5% milk)4度过夜，用的浓度都比较低。洗10min*3 R.T.
此外2抗1：10，000 in 5% milk, 洗15min*3
往往背景都非常低

谢谢，这个WB的解答。我的是Co-IP后跑胶非特异性 band很多，但是能看到几个与对照
不同的带，我想减少这些non specific bands....我WB也有些背景，我会用你的方法做
WB, :) 我1抗用的1:2,000，用了一次1:4,000每出东西。。

No, you are wrong!
The system does not see the current situation for EB when it is being
established. If they worried about diversity, then Mexican is what they need
to worry. 144000 a year on EB dost not make any difference.
So based on your point, it is OK for American to discriminate against Indian
/Chinese, just the same way we discriminate against Indian? That is not
right. Yes, Human race has flaws. But we strive to make ourselves better.
Do even talk me about social experience. I have friends with all races, yet
I do have people I have issues in all races. But discriminate against a
whole race is just purely wrong.

看了一下预告，感觉导演打生化危机打多了，又抄了很多walking dead 的镜头。没看
出什么新东西啊。
说起华人拍的生化片，当年陈小春的生化寿尸还挺特别的。现在还能想起来。

那个beads很强，多洗，多votex，加大wash buffer的盐浓度和detergent浓度

Yes, fairness is a relative term. But when there is something obviously not
making any sense, we try to fix it and make it better. The dangerous of
special interest group is that it damages the whole system. There needs have
check and balances.
Some of the problem in China now is that the special interest group get a
better hand of everything else. So everyone is making their own special
interest group better, in the end, destroys the fairness/balance of the
whole system.

I agree with you.
Indians have similar history, culture and development with Chinese. Both
countries were colonized by the west in the 1800s and 1900s. Indians never
did any harm to China in the history. The border issue in 1962 is not really
a big deal compared to the insulting invasion of Japanese, Britain, France,
etc.....
The number of Indian immigrants is only several millions, but the 50
millions Mexican immigrants are taking over USA. They are the one that the
government should worry about. I had several Indian coworkers and I got
along well with them. Of course I believe some of them are not nice, but not
every Chinese guy is nice either. It's not right to have this anti-Indian
atomosphere. I believe the ROW EB applicants are thinking Chinese are taking
too many visas too.
