Yes, besides MURI and DARPA, this guy is also in a NSF $10M expedition
computing team!
A side note: where each professor end up (is working at) now is often
his/her own problem, ultimately. :)

it's not a hard pull, they use chexsystem, i applied yesterday and got
approved instantly.besides, you can refer your friend to open account there
and get $50 bonus if he/she gets approved.
for the dd, i think only the payroll can be counted.

If you look at his Google citations, his PhD work has resulted quite some
citation-classic papers, while recent papers are quite "ordinary" although
still very nice.

我是用checking付的initial deposit，email了驾照然后通过了，今天online可以登陆
了。但不知道接下来还有啥恶心的事。拿到bonus过三个月就关帐户。
问下需要保存那些证据以避免乱收费？？

我上周4开了卡，用freedom做了2500的initial deposit。周5的时候尝试注册online
bank，显示信息出错，我就没管它。这周1再次注册online bank成功了，freedom里
2500的purchase已经在activity里了，可是Mariner bank的帐户里balance一直是零。
打电话问了，说过几天会Post，可是到现在balance还是零。nnd

刚刚查信发现他们送来一份确认信。开户成功，现在需要寄回signature card。现在
也注册了网上银行。貌似一切正常。
开户两天的时候被电话要求寄驾照复印件。我估计大家开户后没有接到电话的多半被拒
了吧。如果如此，赶快dispute 把钱要回来。
