那天我坐在办公室对着电脑发呆，手机来了一条陌生短信，内容是：我今后永远不会和你联系了，你死个算了……后面还有，时间长了，也记不清了。
我看了看，心想一定是谁发错了，随手回了一条：你发错了，然后继续在网上漫游。不一会，短信又响了，还是那个号，内容是：对不起，发错了，我气得想死。
我也就痒，又随手发了一条：可别，没有啥过不去的坎。那个号又回复：感觉你是个好人，能倾诉吗。我又回：可以啊，救人一命胜造七级浮屠。
此时此刻，我还不知道对方的性别，我回短信也是出于闲得蛋疼，或者是出于礼貌、好奇而已。但接下来一连串的短信，使我得知，这是个女的，而且因为感情问题正在发疯，期间我发了几条安慰劝解的短信。就这样短短续续的聊到快下班，我给她说：不好意思，我要回家了，改日再聊。她回：那我以后还能找你聊吗，我说当然可以。就这样，通过手机短信，我们又聊两天，她把自己的姓名了、工作了、感情了啥都给我说了，我出于本能，把自己的所有信息都隐瞒了。那天晚上，我和老婆靠在一起看电脑，她来了一条短信，说正在一个人喝酒，想找人说话。老婆看得入迷，没在意，我回了一条：有事，改日再说。她回到：怎么，是不是老婆在边上，不敢啊。我没回，她也没继续发。
第二天上班，收到短信：你在干什么？我回：你是不是闲得无聊啊。她回：是啊，想你啊。我心头一惊，这女的真大胆，估计不是啥好鸟，又不熟，还是不联系好……正想着呢，她短信又来：我打你电话，你敢接吗？随即她电话便来了，我下意识的接了，声音很好听，很温柔，我迷瞪了，聊了好久……
我俩一直联系着，出远门的时候，也能收到她的关心短信，也在qq上视频过，很漂亮一小姑娘，对她的了解也加深了很多。我不知道自己是怎么了，整日沉沁在这暧昧的空间里，甚至有时侯想到她。我也提醒过自己，你不是那种出来玩的人，学人家玩啥暧昧啊。老婆在很辛苦的做生意，你不帮她还想住别的女人，真不是个东西。我也不是个没有原则的人，所以到现在我也没把自己的真实信息告诉那女孩，因为我怕出事。但我想，我还是陷了进去。
她打电话来，说想到我这玩，我回绝了，可她撒起娇来。我就是个那号容易迁就的人，最终答应了。
见了第一面，漂亮、大方，用我的话说，就是有味道，我领着她把能转的地方都转了一遍，一高兴忘了时间，天晚了，她也没说想走，我领着她到宾馆开了一间房，对她说：你先住这，有事和我打电话，随即就要走。可就在即将出门的那一刻，两眼对望了一会，我头昏了，那一晚上，我也没出来……
她说喜欢我，我说我有女朋友，她说没关系。其实躺在那说话的过程中，我点着烟一直在想：这种电视、小说上的事，会出现在我身上？我是一个传统的人，毕业后直接到单位工作，除了女友，我没和任何一个女人发生过什么，前一阵，还和老婆说：我不容许婚姻背叛，可不想，我已经背叛了。
能感觉得出来，她是个好姑娘，我不绝情，但也很理智。前一阵，我对她说，我们不要在一起了，她没回复，我也没有再联系。我把她号也删了。
但今天我又收到了她的短信……

Systems Engineer
Location: Foster City, CA
Duration: 10 months
Description:
- Verify and validate product design and performance during the product
development cycle.
- Products include assays, instrumentation and workflow procedures for
Genetic Analysis.
- Prepare samples for analysis on SOLiD DNA sequencers.
- Operate and maintain SOLiD instruments.
- Conduct routine, pre-designed scientific or engineering experiments using
laboratory equipment and calculations.
- Plan use of equipment, materials and own time.
- Make detailed observations and analyze data.
- Maintain accurate lab notebook and training file in accordance with
Division standard.
- Advise supervisor of factors that may affect quality, accuracy, timeliness
and usefulness of data.
- Perform duties independently with only general direction given on routine
work.
- Receive detailed instruction on new assignments or in the design of
experiments.
- Job encounters recurring work situations with occasional variations from
the norm, involving a moderate degree of complexity.
- Accuracy is required in performing all functions of this position.
- Mistakes in work could cause substantial data errors.
Required Skills:
- Candidates must possess relevant experience with Molecular Biology
techniques and operation of instrumentation for biological research.
Examples of relevant experience include:
- DNA handling and analysis including purification, sample concentration,
PCR.
- Performing gel electrophoresis.
- Performing bioinformatic analysis based on generated data.
- Documentation of runs performed and results.
- Use and troubleshooting of complex instrumentation.
- Experience working with complex instrumentation is required.
- Good communication skills are required.
Desired Skills:
- Experience working with Applied Biosystems SOLiD DNA sequencers is highly
desired.
- Experience with the development of testing, measurement and
characterization of equipment and systems, and troubleshooting skills are
also desired.
- Experience in statistical and data analysis is a plus.
Education:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry
, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, or other related discipline, or the
equivalent knowledge and experience.
