标题: 急问:在同一公司里换role会不会影响H1b Extension?

以前在公司的business部门干了两年多(期间升职过一次,从associate到manager), 今
年马上要H1b extension了, 在考虑要不要换到finance部门, 请问这个会影响我的H1b
extension吗?
P.S. I still have around 3 year of original 6 year of H1b.

It's hard for a fresh to get into this field. You may need to first land in
a job in the pharma industry, and then network or do project a lot with
senior RA people. After you get into the industry, you may let the company
sponsor the certification to facilitate your career change.

How about people working in other industries such as instrument
manufacturing?
