其实是挺让人气愤的事情!在公司做了4年了,也算是忠实的老员工了吧,老板在表面上也经常说对我的工作表示满意,但是一直都是说说而已,在薪资上就没有体现出来,而且因为我工作能力强还分配给我更多的工作,等于就是能者多劳但是没有回报。我不说自己多么的高尚,但是谁打工都是为了挣钱,不是为了搞慈善,我还没到那种可以不计报酬完全是兴趣爱好或者乐善好施的程度。同样是员工,别人周末就可以不用来公司,而我因为离公司近点,再加上我一直工作认真负责,就说什么对我最放心之类的话,然后周末时不时的就给我打电话让我来公司办个什么事,其实老板的家离公司也近,有些需要上网解决的事情,或者去公司查个什么资料完全可以自己去,或者自己没时间让自己老婆去,反正也是个家族企业,自己老婆也没有工作,在家就是个玩,我去了这么多次每次就一句辛苦了,别的没有。我不是为了这句辛苦了而辛苦的,如果不涨工资也没有什么其他福利,我不会白做的,谁都不容易,我也不是应该受累的,我周末也有我的事情,我也需要休闲一下,只因为我离得近就这么使唤我并且没有任何回报就光是耍嘴皮子真的让人很恶心!干不下去了!

Postdoctoral Position: A postdoctoral position is currently available in the
Bindley Bioscience Center and the Birck Nanotechnology Center at Purdue
University for a collaborative, interdisciplinary individual who seeks a
highly productive postdoctoral experience in pursuit of human cell-based
therapies. The candidate should have a background in materials, chemistry,
or bioengineering. Experience in mammalian cell biology or physiology is
preferred. The research is in collaboration with the Indiana School of
Medicine in the field of micro-encapsulation of human islets for
transplantation to treat type 1 diabetes. The research focuses on the
development and optimization of porous inorganic and organically/
biologically modified, cell-templated shells to achieve immuno-isolation,
vascularization, tissue integration via biomineralization, long term
stability and function of transplanted islets. The project provides
significant opportunity for gaining clinical, translational, and
entrepreneurial experience. Salary will be commensurate with experience. As
