多年来，一直在家带小孩，老公工作一直都有，也比较稳定

我指的是GEMM.
各位觉得那个是目前最好的? 比如PyMT老鼠就有问题, 转移太猛, 而且不是人的基因.
Kras + p53 null似乎不错
还有啥大家觉得不错的?

p53 mutant mouse model may be better than p53 null to study metastasis since
p53 null mice do not develop metastasis disease or they do not have enough
time to do that.

I agree. heterozygous mutant p53 can help to develop tumor and metastasis
when combined with an oncogene.

我的目的是想做一个新的GEMM metastasis model. 从cancer model的角度来说, 越接
近human cancer的老鼠就越好.
