看了一点protein-protein interaction network方面的文章。好像目前的模型基本上
是neutral model,倾向modularity是duplication所致。
有没有报道说functionality可以促成network modularity的实现？
modularity本来也有功能的意味，完全抛开功能不是太对吧？

多谢。我读了一下大牛的文章。
duplication致modularity形成的部分，AB也是引用他人的文章。
似乎没有homomeric duplication或interaction rewiring，就不可能得到modularity
。仅仅duplication部分是不够的。
