“I can see a total of 75,000 reward points as pending on your account. Of
these, 10,000 points were issued by the system automatically and the
remaining were issued manually.
These points are scheduled to be transferred as per the policy which states
that the points will reflecting as pending within 7-10 days of the the
statement generation date and will be transferred to your rewards account
within 7-10 days of your next statement generation date.”
是说非要等statement close 后7~10天么？为啥大家待遇都不同？
