今天浏览了最近的一篇nature paper，“lincRNAs act in the circuitry controlling pluripotency and differentiation” 看
到第二页就发现了一处明显的错误，还是大牛文章呢，原文描述如下：
Among these lincRNAs, 13 are associated with endoderm differentiation, 7
with ectoderm differentiation,
5 with neuroectoderm differentiation, 7 with mesoderm differentiation and 2
with the trophectoderm lineage (Fig. 3a).
图见附件，显然5个数字，数错3个，哎～～～

Delta里程订票很方便，就是太贵,120000到中国，40000美国。
AMEX 到Delta 有50%的bonus for first time transfer. you need register first.
google the link.
如果你需要随时买票的话, Delta is better。
If you plan well ahead, CO may be the choice.

The lincRNA annotation from Broad is not really good. Many people have
complained about that. For example, in this paper, the authors only give the
chromosome start stop of the predicted lincRNAs, although, we are pretty
sure they have the exon coordinates and splicing structures (because that
was a direct output from either Cufflinks or Scripture).

lincRNA的丰度如何？
如果一个细胞里面只表达几个拷贝的话，作用就有限了吧

你在误导人。
delta去中国往返最低是7w，美国国内往返最低是2w5. avaliability 很差，基本找不
到最便宜的。
CO的话avaliability 好多勒。
如果你是做机票倒卖生意，操作熟练的话可以考虑转delta or BA，赚bonus
如果自己用，怕麻烦的话转CO吧

HOTTIP is an example which only expresses a few copies per cell, but has
been shown an important function. As far as I know, Single cell RNA-FISH
shows literally one spot for HOTTIP.

我这里delta几个月几个月都没有7w和2w5的，
不是一般的差，去年还没差到如此地步呢，

市场决定的。前阵子转delta miles有50%的bonus，估计很多人转了，所以导致机票更
难换了。
BA 4月份有个40%的bonus，bonus结束后马上收大笔的油费，也是这个道理
