I guess peptide column http://www.gelifesciences.com/aptrix/upp01077.nsf/Content/Products?OpenDocument&moduleid=165421 should be able to separate most peptide from DTT or BME unless your peptide is only a few mer.

Thanks, good to know.
My peptide is 26 AA long, but I still worry DTT may not be completely
removed.

感觉MS有点像bell lab，财大气粗，凡是好玩的都搞一把。
果果教主比较有vision，知道什么能赚钱，基本搞开发的时候
就想着后面怎么卖

there are two types of tubes, one is organic solvent-resistant, the other
