想把钱贷出来继续买房子,这种算LONG TERM LOAN吗?

This is called cash out. Cash out+ investment, the rate will be higher than
the primary home.Why don't you just apply a loan when you bought the SFH?

当时抢房子的时候用现金可以便宜很多呢,而且更容易抢到
现在想贷80%出来继续抢房子,这种难道不是HELOC吗,我的心理价位是5点多的利率,不知

many institutions stop lending heloc when investment properties are used as
collateral.
