Be patient. I had one paper, on which the editor sat for more than a month.
That period covered Thanks giving, Christmas and new year. All kinds of
thoughts went into my head then. In the end, it was rejected. After 10
months, we re-submitted with a lot of new data. They, again, sat on it for
more than 3 weeks and finally accepted it.
