I am organizing a conference.
this conference will be held once a month. so each month I will do the same
thing.
1) count all number of people who will attend. Not all people will attend.
some one will be absent. each time the number of attendee will change.
2) buy food for them
3) collect money from them
Is there any online tool which can help me with this?
For example, people can go there to register whether he or she wants to
attend.
And the food preparer can know how many people will attend this time.
Don't need me to report the number to the food preparer.
