想转一个人的基因到老鼠里面过表达，用的方法是microinjection。genotyping 是超
级好，但是现在第二代，mRNA没有transgene,怎么办？
有没有什么办法能增加表达的机会？

which kind of promoter did you use?
did you you any kind of isolation casette in your plasmid?
did you use the right polyA signal?

I do not understand fully your second question
I do not fully understand your thir question. In the transgene, we have a
promoter+gene+polyA tail
We did microinjection and had 2 out of 20 founders. From these 2 founders, I
have got many positive pups and I took 2 of them (one from each line,
isolate RNA and test by RT. Run a gel and showed nothing....
