IL处理细胞24小时会导致A基因蛋白下调，本实验想证明A基因下调是否是因为降解加快。
+IL组先用IL处理了24小时，然后加入CHX。
奇怪的是在2小时的时候，目的蛋白反而升高了，然后再下降，这种现象我以前在低氧
处理时也遇到过。不知道是什么原因，请各位帮忙解释一下。

Need to preprocess the string of length N
for example the string, "abcayazbc"

Save the list of the strings in the Trie.
for each small string, the matching just takes O(L), L is the length of the
small string.

This phenotype is too trivial to follow.
There are many possibilities.
For example,
There is a E3 for this protein A. This E3 is sensitive to CHX.
